Planning and Development

The current planning unit was established in 2000 with the overall purpose to assist the Country Director and the core management group with internal planning and reporting (e.g Annual Donor Report, Workplan & Budget) as well as on matters related to donor applications contracts and reports. System development and skills building among concerned managerial SCA staff has been seen as a crucial element in work of the unit.
