The Swedish Committee for Afghanistan, SCASCA is a non-governmental member organisation which has been working with development programmes in Afghanistan since 1982. The activities are funded by the Swedish governmental aid agency Sida, Forum Syd, EU, World Bank, UN, company sponsoring and by SCA's own fundraising.
